This is a ministry whereby a given individual can, through the medium of e-mail, or a pastoral conversation via "Skype" seek answers to some of their spiritual questions.

Dr. Dorothy Hyde has taken a special interest in mental health matters, particularly in the areas of depression and anxiety. Although not formally qualified in either psychology or psychotherapy, she has studied various aspects of these two subjects, particularly within the context of theological solutions. It is because of the theological and biblical dimensions of her approach that she has not taken any formal qualifications; simply at the time there were no qualifications to take.

Because she has been "through the mill" herself she does have experience, and that experience has been used to help other people. Her experience has been that the Lord, and the correct application of Biblical principles, can help a considerable amount in dealing with these common afflictions.

The times that she aims to be available are 11am to 12.30pm; 3pm to 5.30pm; and 7pm to 8:30 pm. For conversations after 9pm it will be necessary to make an appointment.
